Delighted to be working with a world-renowned, staffing business based in Hertfordshire, to find an Employment Solicitor 3-7+PQE to cover the full spectrum of employment work for the Implementations and Employee Relations team. You’ll be taking on a broad rangeof Employment related responsibilities, including; HR related issues, policies and processes, ER cases and Employment Tribunal Claims.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor:

- Oversee the provision of advice and wording on the HR elements of bids and tenders to enhance and support successful bids, attending meetings with prospective clients if necessary
- Provide advice on the review of any associated Employee Liability Information through bids and tenders, providing expert advice on the likely or potential employment liabilities and costs associated with the award of a contract
- Responsible for providing expert advice, guidance and making recommendations to the business including the senior leadership and executive teams on TUPE and employment related activities and any associated risks
- Liaison at senior executive level with internal functions such as Business Development, Project Management and Account Management to influence the wider TUPE strategy and raise the HR profile and input
- Identifying and dealing with complex legal or other risks / issues relating to the TUPE strategy, negotiating with client’s appropriate legal indemnities to limit risk
