Planning Administrator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our Client require your excellent Administrative skills to join their small and friendly team in East Leeds on a fixed term basis for 12 months. Your daily role will involve numerous Administration duties as well as having to communicate with suppliers.You will be required to use your administrative skills to check paperwork, prepare reports and enter information in to systems, as well as daily use of Excel. You will also be expected to be able to communicate on the telephone effectively. Ideally you willhave a background in food manufacturing.

Hours: Training Monday to Friday followed by a shift pattern of Thursday Friday Saturday, Sunday Off, Monday Tuesday Wednesday, 7 days off then back to Th,Fr,Sat

**Salary**: up to £22,000 with a salary review after 6 months with a view to a salary of approx £26,000

**Duties**:

- Generating and checking inventories
- Distributing and creating plans
- Checking paperwork against the system
- Stock rotation
- Advising people of deadlines
- Issuing reports
- Inputting information
- Assisting with telephone enquiries
