The Specialist Food & Drink Manufacturing department for Production Operative to join a fast growing and well established food manufacturer in Kent.
Our client is renowned for promoting their staff internally within the first 6 months of joining the organisation. The perfect opportunity for ambitious individuals that strive to develop their careers rapidly whilst continuing to improve their earnings.
This position will require a flexible working pattern and would span across a 4 days working week with overtime available, we are recruiting for both day and night shifts.
The expected responsibilities would include:

- Operating in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Working alongside the team to hit production targets
- Ensuring correct stock levels for the production schedule
- Operating on specific production machinery
- Basic administration tasks
Additional skills would include:

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management
- Proven work experience in a similar position
- Experience operating similar machinery
Experience working within the food and drink industry is preferable but not essential as full training is provided. You be an ambitious individual looking to progress their career with a forward thinking and strategic business.
