**Senior Team Member / Operator**

**Location: Fareham**

**Our Opportunity**:
As a senior team member for the IBS Passport team you’ll be responsible for supporting the Production Process Leader (PPL) in the day to day running of the department. This will include physical, computerized and written tasks. There is a requirement for day to day monitoring of SLA’s and stock control and stock replenishment tasks.

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:

- Advanced knowledge of standard work on all areas of the process.
- Complete restricted tasks on SM and CPM such as RTE, Destruction logs out of scope etc. You’ll Issue batches to the BMO’s when required and in SLA order.
- Work with PPL to help develop 5S standards and practices.
- You’ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasks.
- Create TWI Job Instructions (JI) for processes and train operators to the TWI standard.
- Complete all operator training documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Use your motivational skills to support and guide team members.
- Accurately complete and file the daily shipment paperwork.
- Highlight any process issues that have occurred to the management team.
- Participate and or lead problem solving projects and improvements.
- Work to good health and safety standards and laws and not put yourself or others at risk.
- Work within all of the applicable security rules and report any breach relating to IBS.
- Flexible on a daily basis to deal with any tasks required.
