With over 1400 shops, our retail estate is one of the largest in the UK. You can imagine how busy our Field Services team is and they’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who is up for a challenge

Having received the call for maintenance requests or repairs you will speed to the rescue and provide a high-level service to in-house equipment. With your experience of working with a variety of electronic equipment, show us your excellent fault findingskills by carrying out on site diagnostic and repairs on Epos tills, TV’s, CCTV, LCD, Audio and Networks.

**Essential skills / behaviours**

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a minimum stock level of spares and all service documentation, installation reports as well as a maintenance schedule. You will keep the Helpdesk team informed of status and progress of repairs.

Of course, problem solving will come naturally to you, so you’ll be great at resolving issues efficiently and as quickly as possible. As this is a field-based role, you will be provided with a van, so a full clean driving license is a must.

If you have the relevant expertise combined with outstanding interpersonal skills, this is the chance to get involved in supporting our high-performing machine.

**Please note - This role is field based, you’ll be mainly working in the Midlands area**
