This is an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive looking to step up. Job title and years of experience aren’t massively important, this is more about mindset, getting stuck in and really immersing yourself in the world of sustainablebrands. That said, this is not a junior level role, you will need a decent foundation in Marketing, Social Media, and Content to be considered. You’ll join a hugely exciting, steadily-growing, Sustainability Brand Communications agency in Bristol, with a fantasticreputation. The Marketing Manager will have bags of room to flex their creative muscle, as you’ll strive to win the hearts, minds and marketing budget, of brands who want to help solve the Climate Crisis.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing and developing a marketing strategy that continually builds the agency’s reputation as the ‘go to’ sustainability consultancy and comms agency
- Managing all social media and interactions
- Creating videos, content, photography, graphic design, blogs and campaigns
- Curating thought leadership pieces and case studies
- Helping identify speaking opportunity and key events

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Proven experience in a marketing agency or founder-led businesses
- Experience in, or self-taught knowledge of brands in the sustainability sector
- Ability to create great content and confident in one or more of these - Graphic Design, Photography, Video and/or Copywriting (and happy to get stuck in with any of these which are newer territory for you)
- Good general understanding of digital marketing channels, paid and social
- Confident using a CRM system and project management software (or a quick learner)
- People are likely to describe you as ambitious, articulate, can plan, think strategically and somebody who gets stuck in
