Do you have experience as a Ledger Executive, Purchase/Sales Ledger or Credit Controller?
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a National Parcel Distribution Company within their thriving Finance Team?

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sales and Purchase ledger:
- maintaining customer and supplier databases and records
- ensuring invoices are processed correctly and within acceptable timescales
- confirming the accuracy of transactions, maintaining reconciliations and dealing with queries (as required)
- Proactively undertake projects:
- reduction of supplier accounts and invoices
- improvement of supplier payment terms
- access the procedures, spreadsheets and controls; report potential improvements and efficiency's
- HMRC compliance including maintenance of self billed invoices systems
- Bank reconciliations and cash management
**The ideal Credit Controller would**:
- have excellent time management and team leadership skills
- be experienced within Ledger for 2+ years
- have a knowledge for systems, collecting data, reporting and analysis of data collection
- be strong on Excel and have great system knowledge
