**Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant**

**Pacakge: £21-23K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives (Year 1 OTE £35K) (Year 2 OTE £45K) (Year 3 OTE £60K)**

My client are on a mission to become the number one recruitment consultancy for businesses in the Enterprise Software market, building their both Technical and Go-To-Market teams in the US, UK and Europe.

Since 2018, they have helped scale some of the hottest and fastest growing companies in the world with their recruitment.

In the last 12 months they have grown both their team and revenue substantially, with the success large built on training and developing new recruiters. For this reason, they are looking to recruit again

This opportunity is perfect for either a graduate or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here,you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- They had a Graduate called Molly join the business 3 years ago, she earned 60k in year 1, 80k in year 2, 100k in year 3 and promoted after 3 months

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements**:

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong work ethic
- A financially motivated individual
- A competitive and ambitious person
- Someone who is resilient
- Personable
