The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for:

- Selling the range of telephony solutions to business customers
- Achieving sales team targets
- Ensuring product mix is achieved
- Following up sales leads generated by the marketing team:

- Identifying customer requirements and discussing options
- Organising quotations to be sent to customers
- Identify cross selling opportunities
- Gaining customer commitment
- Following up proposals
- Organising presentations and demonstrations where required
- Closing sales
- Using the company CRM to ensure accurate reporting and activity management
- Updating all customer contact activity
- Setting follow up dates and future sales activities
- Maintaining customer contact
- Gathering important customer information such as contract end date
- Utilising the pipeline management tool for sales forecasting
- Providing feedback to marketing on campaign activities
- Using social media to raise awareness and identify target customers
- Networking with suitable groups to generate business opportunities
- Attending suitable events and exhibitions to create new relationships

Attending product training and skills development events

- Knowledge of: connectivity, hosted telephony, mobile telephony, networking
