Reconciliations Administrator

Our clients who are a well-established company based across the UK are looking for a Reconciliations Administrator to join their successful team.
**Key Accountabilities of the Reconciliations Administrator include**:
- Income reconciliation between a bank and back-off system
- Liaison with providers as required
- Aged debt reporting and chasing of unpaid amounts due
- Liaison with providers and planners regarding anomalies
- Business pipeline reconciliations
- Other Adhoc duties as required within the finance team
**To be considered for this Reconciliations Administrator position, you must have the following**:
- Understanding of key functions in financial services
- Good knowledge of Intelligent Office is preferred but knowledge of all back office systems will be considered
- Financial services industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in income reconciliation desired

**Working hours for the Reconciliations Administrator will be**:
- Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
- Flexibility to work from home
**For the successful Reconciliations Administrator, our clients are offering the following**:
- Salary of up to £24,000 dependent on experience
