Exhibition Setup Assistant Salary: £11.50 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Exhibition Setup Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Exhibition Manager in setting up and preparing exhibitions. You will be required to work on a flexible basis, which may include weekends and evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Exhibition Manager in planning and organizing exhibition layouts and setups.
- Assist with the installation and dismantling of exhibition displays, including artworks, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure that all exhibitions are set up to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and exhibition guidelines.
- Work closely with artists, curators, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist with the coordination of deliveries, collections, and transportation of artworks.
- Maintain a clean and organized exhibition space before, during, and after exhibitions.
- Assist with the promotion and marketing of exhibitions, including distributing marketing materials and updating social media platforms.
- Attend events and meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in exhibition setup or similar field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and exhibition guidelines.
