**Description**:
TEKsystems are currently engaging with a high profile Investment Bank are on the search for a Senior SOC Analyst to work within an exciting new project and to sit within the EMEA SOC Team and report to the SOC Lead. The role with be to ensure effective managementand control of information security, IT and information risk by ensuring all appropriate Security, IT and common sense controls are in place, that these controls are being followed and that this is evidenced across the whole business and IT department. Therole will involve liaising with the other information security functions within the organisation, to ensure a consistent approach to all controls, standards and policies is adopted across the organisation. To develop, implement and manage compliance with appropriateIS and IT Security policies, standards and procedures.

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a SOC Analyst role
- Strong Threat Analytics and Incident Response experience
- Solid understanding of SIEM - specifically **Splunk**
- SOAR / Phantom experience preferred
- Highly technical skills including Malware Analysis and Packet Capture analysis
- Strong Security Operations/ Engineering background.
- Strong ability to analyse and distill complex issues and present succinct updates to management and associated committees.
- The ability to create clear documentation relating to Operational Processes and Procedures.
