**Job description**

We are currently looking to employ a pharmacy assistant (customer assistant).

Working hours: 8-12 hrs a week, must include Monday afternoons till 17:30 (or whole day) and Wednesday (full or half day) or half days and Saturday 09:00-13:00.
- good communication skills (face to face and over the phone)
- good team player
- passion for delivering patient care
- be reliable
- and above all willingness to train and provide excellent service.

Main duties:

- serving customers
- providing advice on common symptoms and products (with time)
- providing great service
- helping out with pharmacy operations in-store and dispensary, for example putting stock away, pricing, answering the phone, organising products
- making sure the shop, dispensary and consultation area are organised and tidy
- working according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£9.75 per hour
