**Hours**: 9am - 530pm (Mon-Fri)
**Salary**: £21 - £40k (1st Year OTE) ((Negotiable. Experience Dependent)

An opportunity has arisen for a new recruitment consultant to join our award winning team. We provide staff to SEN settings across London and SE England. You can be a recent school leaver/ graduate/ experienced or worked in another sales sector or in medical recruitment. We have also found that experience working as an estate agent is also really good for this role.

**This is a sales role and you must be outgoing and confident on the phone.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Finding suitable staff for our array of clients
- Using our IT systems to maximise your work
- Teamwork - no working from home
- Answering complex payroll questions
- Negotiating with our clientele
- As a recruitment consultant at Active SEN you will be in a fast paced and exciting role that will stretch your potential and test your abilities to the full. We hire the best, train to the limit and reward to the max._

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
