We are looking for a part time Housekeeper to join our friendly team at The Triangle in **Leeds**.

The Triangle is an extension of The Edge, one of our student accommodation buildings on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. The Triangle is a total of 13 cluster flats, each with 5 en suite bedrooms and a shared kitchen and lounge. The building also has a lobby, laundry area, communal corridors, lift area and bin store which will all need regular upkeep and continuously be cleaned to the Company standard.

**Duties**:

- Ensure all communal areas are clean and tidied to the standards of the Company.
- Ensure cleaning material instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSSH.
- Rotate the bins and ensure the car park is tidy and clear of litter at all times.
- The flats will need to be entered on a monthly basis to ensure they are being kept to an excellent standard and to report any maintenance issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous Housekeeping experience desirable but not essential.
- Professional and positive attitude and manner when dealing with residents.

Please be aware residents at The Triangle use the facilities at The Edge so you may be asked to support The Edge. This role is part time, 16 hours per week, which will include occasional weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
