This company is going places and they need a new Engineering Manager to help with their growth plans. They achieved over €1bn in sales last year alone and invested of over 10% of this back into the business into quality, health, safety and technology.

Their products are used across the globe and the business has an impressive reputation within the field of electrical component and solutions provision.

They need an engineering leader to help develop the existing engineering team of 4 based at their Rugby offices. This is ideal for someone already in a management role but looking for a step into a more senior role within a high-profile organisation thathas impressive growth plans.

There is a real purpose to this role and one that a solution driven Engineering Manager will thrive on, you'll be involved in budgeting, planning, organisation, project coordination and manufacturing-based problem solving either directly or through coachingand leadership of the existing team.
