**About us**:
This position is based in our Canwell Nursery, located in the former village school building this, our smallest nursery is full of character and charm. The home from home atmosphere is a real hit with parents and children. Just a couple of minutes away from Bassett's Pole roundabout it has great transport links from Sutton, Birmingham and Tamworth.

**Responsibilities**:

- The care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
- Working with the Early Years Practitioners on planning and preparation of activities, to meet children’s individual needs, liaising with parents and negotiating working targets ensuring effective communication within the nursery.
- Assist with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Take part in delivering the highest standards of care throughout the nursery
**What we need from you?**
- Passion and commitment for working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
