Reed are delighted to be working with a local firm seeking a commercial Legal Secretary
Overall job purpose:
Provision of full secretarial support for the Commercial Property team.
Audio typing of correspondence, attendance notes, legal documents
Assisting clients by phone and in person to arrange appointments, take messages, assist with general enquiries and quotes, and generally to assist and advance all client matters
Management of fee earners files
Completions of administration and secretarial tasks relevant to your status
Preparation of regular reports, court bundles and legal research as required
Use of the scanners, photocopiers, fax machine and post room equipment
Administration of client files
Preparing general reports
Use of Linetime case management system and other 3rd party websites
Dealing and assisting with reception duties as required
Flexibility with cover between all offices for the wider Commercial department
General administrative tasks e.g. travel arrangements, running diaries, post and ad hoc tasks
Key results areas:
Providing administration and secretarial support to the Commercial department
Client service, typing speed and accuracy
Compliance with office procedures
Standard of file administration
To ensure the utmost confidentiality of all client and Firm’s matters
