Payroll and Finance Administrator is required for an exciting company who have tripled in size in the last decade specialising in the natural energy industry.Working in state of the art offices in Sunbury on Thames, Surrey this is a fabulous opportunityto join this growing company where people are at the heart of what they do.
As Payroll and Finance Administrator you will work in a small but high functioning finance team.This is a permanent full time opportunity working in the office Monday to Friday.In reward you will be paid a salary of c. £30,000 p.a. plus excellent benefitsincluding gym membership, private medical insurance, free breakfasts, fruit and snacks
The successful Payroll and Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

- Input of payroll data for the external payroll company including sick pay, overtime, bonuses, new starters, leavers etc
- Advise external company of need to pay statutory sick pay, maternity, paternity etc
- Process employee expenses and cash floats
- Payments of NI and PAYE
- Review HMRC forms including P11d, P60, P45 and P46
- Prepare payroll reports
- Prepare summaries of monthly salaries costs;
- Assist with data inputting to the accounting systems and invoice processing
- Assist Financial Controller with departmental administration

We are looking for a Payroll and Finance Administrator who has:

- Relevant payroll and accounts experience
- Excellent mathematical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
