My client is looking to recruit a Payments Team Leader to join their continually growing business based on the outskirts of West Malling.

Duties will include:

- Coaching and performance managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Overseeing accurate processing and recording of transactions to clients' accounts
- Maintaining an understanding of regulations, standards and policies to ensure transactions are recorded in line with current requirements
- Identify process and control improvements
- Schedule and review daily tasks carried out by the team
