Our client is looking for a Reporting Assurance Coordinator (Part Time - 4 days per week) for a contract position, located in Aberdeen.

**Role**

This role primarily ensures the delivery of reporting, risk and assurance requirements for the HSE function. This role also supports delivery of requirements of the wider HSE function in relation to health, wellbeing, safety and environment.

**Responsibilities**

Core Accountabilities
- Delivering accurate and timely weekly, monthly and ad-hoc HSE reports
- Developing, maintaining & implementing reporting and assurance processes and procedures

Management System Accountabilities
- Delivering improvements in myHSES system, maintaining database, coaching users
- Supporting delivery of BMS improvement project (HSE reporting)

Additional wider HSE Accountabilities
- Developing, maintaining & implementing wellbeing initiatives for Aberdeen office, and sharing with wider teams

Risk and Assurance Accountabilities
- Reporting the status of business risks using asset risk registers as a basis
- Supporting the development and delivery of the HSE assurance plan such that key controls are assured
- Tracking & reporting regulatory activity across the business

**Requirements**:

- Teamwork, decision making, communication skills,
- Previous HSE reporting background, awareness of Oil & Gas HSE reporting requirements, familiar with HSEx reporting requirements,
- NEBOSH certificate, Auditor certificate,

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

- Monday to Friday
