**THE COMPANY**:
This Digital CRO Analyst has come at an extremely exciting time in this telecommunications company's history. This role is the perfect blend of being hands on with the data as well as looking at the data more strategically. There will be lots of scope withinthis role and company to really make an impact.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Digital CRO Analyst, you will be delving into user behaviour across the web and app, analysing existing web journeys by:

- Liaising with stakeholders across the business.
- Working across multiple data sets to support colleagues
- Working with the personalisation and sales team to personalise and improve experiences across the web
- Being an SME in CRO and AB testing.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
A successful Digital CRO Analyst has the following skills and experience:

- Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Commercial experience in using A/B testing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Advanced SQL/Google Big Query knowledge
- Tools such as R and Python are desirable

**THE BENEFITS**:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £45,000. On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
