**Hours: 37.5 hours**

We are exclusively working on behalf an award-winning organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR department. The role will be responsible for taking ownership of employee relations and providing an effective HR serviceto all employees across a number of UK locations. You will report into a HR Manager, with administration support provided to you by a HR Administrator. This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a thriving and growing business with opportunities to be involvedin current high profile TUPE projects. This role would allow independent and stand-alone management of your own workload. As well as providing scope and growth for a HR Advisor who wants to be pivotal in shaping and improving a company HR department. Thisrole is based full time at head office with free parking available onsite.

Role and responsibilities:

- As a HR Advisor you will be solely responsible for taking full ownership and providing responsive and compliant advice to employee queries received on an array of matters for a number of UK office locations
- Closely manage a central HR inbox and effectively respond to or redirect queries as required
- Assist the HR Director with current TUPE projects and lead an effective process to onboarding new employees
- Closely monitor HR data and provide evidence or reports on topics such as retention, absenteeism, disciplinaries and grievances etc
- Support with leading, note taking and organising meetings relating to all investigations, disciplinaries or grievances etc
- Engage with employees regarding issues related to training, personal development and mental wellbeing
- Assist in all aspects of HR process improvements and managing HR processes internally
- Any other HR related tasks or projects as required by the business or HR Manager or Director

Skills and experience required:

- Proven work history working as a HR Advisor or HR Assistant is essential
- CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualifications is advantageous
- Proactive, confident and organised nature
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident in handling confidential and sensitive data in a compliant manner and adhering to GDPR regulations
