I am currently recruiting for a highly successful medical company who now have an excellent opportunity for a Business Intelligent Analyst to join their small and dynamic team in Manchester.
Role Overview:
Core duties and responsibilities:
" Act as the business intelligent relationship holder for assigned business areas, developing strong working relationships.
" Establish and conduct regular business review meetings to analyse and determine BI requirements and develop solutions that add value to the business.
" Planning, specifying and co-ordinating priorities with third party supplies to meet business requirements.
" Develop, deliver and reporting on the sales force effectiveness by utilising all available resources.
" Facilities targeting of customers/market segmentation - delivering and interpreting KPIs.
" Managing geographic structures for all assigned sales teams.
" Working with the marketing team to develop, monitor and interpret data to contribute to marketing plans
" Provide analysis and interpretation for the senior management
" Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop product sales forecasts
" Liaise with corporate to meet ad hoc data/information requirements
" Preparation of required information for corporate business review, forecast and budget meetings.
" Develop relationship with other business teams to foster collaboration and drive change.
" Develop a working knowledge of the internal CRM system,
" Maintain and develop own skills, knowledge and capability to an appropriate level
" Undertake any additional tasks required to support the Business Intelligence Department and the wider business.
Key Skills & experience:
" Educated to degree level - ideally within the IT or Mathematics field
" Advanced IT skills are required, particularly Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
" Proven experience working with Power BI (or equivalent)
" Proven experience delivering presentations, visualisations/dashboards and analytics to a broad audience
" Demonstrable stakeholder management skills - all levels
" A passion for Data Analytics and Visualisation
" Experience of working within CRM Systems would be an advantage
" Analytical and logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
" Self-motivated and dynamic with the ability to consistently work towards tight deadlines and to be able to prioritise workloads effectively
" Effective communicator - verbally and written with excellent attention to detail
" Strong customer focus and commercial acumen
" Knowledge of the NHS structure and workings would be an advantage, but it is not necessary
" Experience of working within a regulated and compliance driven organisation
