A brilliant opportunity to work for an exciting worldwide aesthetics market giant. Our client are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Marlow. This role offers an attractive hybrid working, 12 month initialcontract with the potential to extend which will be rewarded with a great renumeration package.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer all transactions using SAP, including customer returns, adjustments, invoice and credit enquiries in accordance with Company policy
- Ensure that all customer enquiries and exceptions (order queries, stock situation, shipment details, invoices and invoice queries) are managed satisfactorily and In line with our service level agreements
- Process stock movements, for example, returns, scrappage, ensuring serial number and batch control accuracy/status at all times
- Liaise with the Sales teams regarding order status, customer account amendments, general customer enquiries and training requests
- Ensure all service complaints are dealt with upon receipt, entered accurately into the complaint system and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Record and report all product complaints and adverse events (technical and medical) following Company policies and procedures standard operating practices
- Ensure month end procedures are executed and all deadlines are met
- Ensure that all invoices are properly processed through to billing document in SAP
**About You**:
- Minimum two years experience in Customer Service or Sales/ Account management
- Minimum A Level standard or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast, dynamic structure with drive and high energy
- Strong customer focus orientation and realisation of the importance in achieving business and service objectives.
- As a first point of customer contact the role requires a high level of professionalism.
- Related experience in a similar role
- SAP experience desirable or understanding of Finance systems
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Hybrid model - must be able to commit to 3 days in the office
