Reporting directly to the Creative Director you will be expected to accurately create artwork from concept or client’s supplied files / instruction, follow client’s brand guidelines or design requirements, and ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for production according to the specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meticulous attention for detail and a clean, creative design style.
- Ensure that all work is completed to client guidelines.
- Ensure artwork interpretation is achievable within production contraints.
- Prepare accurate artwork from approved design and brief.
- Ensure client guidelines are followed.
- Develop and update master artworks and guideline documentation.
- Responsibility for ensuring account / project managers are kept informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on, and any impact there is to the production plan.
- Providing colour proofs / samples for client sign off.
- To ensure that all images produced and proofed are correct and reviewed in accordance to the Artworks procedures.
- The ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.
- Assist projects through the business to ensure “on time in full” delivery. To liaise internally with projects, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets.
- To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients of Artworks Solutions.
- To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
- To promote and maintain a positive image of Artworks Solutions at all times.

**Required**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the graphic design industry, an interest in interiors is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to work as a team.

**These principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties, only a general guide to the post. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the company**

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
