Flexible hybrid working arrangements. Accommodation and travel allowance up to £250pw for those working away from home.

The IROs will benefit from working within a stable staff team. The interim IROs will primarily work from home, though there is the expectation for some travel to visit children and chair review meetings face to face should children need or prefer.
