**Key role and responsibilities for FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers**:
Order Picking using the FLT Counterbalance
Putting stock away
General warehouse duties also involved
Working in a large warehouse
Excellent on the job training
**Minimum requirements for FLT Counterbalance Drivers**:
In date FLT Counterbalance licence required
FLT assessment will be carried out prior to start
Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
