**The Client**
The company is very well established and has a fantastic reputation in the area. They provide a very cheerful working environment, encourage promotion from within and have a family-friendly business feel.
**The Opportunity**
There is a lot of flexibility around this IFA Administrator role but would favour someone with excellent technical knowledge and are willing to look to take on a senior role within the Sales Support team.
Some of their Advisers began their careers as IFA Administrators in the company, so there is definitely scope to progress towards Paraplanning and Advisory positions in the long term.
They also provide study support towards exams, pay good salaries and provide a performance-based bonus scheme.
**What’s needed for me to be considered?**
- Hold previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice
- Must be local to the office in North London
- Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients desirable
- A strong understanding of Pensions and Investment products advantageous
