**Senior Marketing Manager**

Client: Our client is a well-established supplier and distributor of consumer products who are going through a transformational phase and have created this very exciting Senior Marketing Manager opportunity that will cover the full mix (offline and digital).

Role: We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have accountability for both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on growing direct-to-consumer sales and elevatingthe Marketing efforts of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:

- Devise and implement marketing strategy across B2B and B2C markets (including Ecommerce channels)
- Management of Marketing team (circa 3)
- Competitor / market analysis
- Analysis of commercial performance and reporting, including feedback and improvements to senior leadership team.
- Full financial control and budgetary management
- Network and building cross departmental relationships (Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Product Dev) as well as external stakeholders to deliver on business goals.
- A minimum of 3 years’ in a Senior Marketing Manager (or similar level role) with strong strategic experience, across on and offline channels
- Team management experience or the capability and people skills to lead a team
- Strong analytical / data focused individual with a head for ROI
- Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing channels
- Ecommerce experience (desirable)
