Global Fares Specialist

Full time office based in Manchester or London or 3 days a week in the London or Manchester office, 2 from home

We’re excited to be able to offer one lucky person the opportunity to work within a thriving Fares Team within a well respected corporate travel company. We’re on the lookout for a Fares Specialist to join our clients friendly and professional team. Ourclient is looking for a strategically minded individual who can creatively lead and develop the department to overcome the challenges that arise in this ever changing industry.

This role supports the Head of Global Fares in ensuring that the best fares are always utilised by the global agent community

As a Fares Specialist, your duties will include:

- Provide day-to-day fares support
- Assist with quoting complex air itineraries to achieve maximum earnings
- Quality Control (QC) all PNRs to validate that the best available fares are always used
- Deliver training to agents to improve fares and supplier knowledge across all operational divisions

**Requirements**:

- Understanding fare constructions
- Ability to accurately calculate fares for refund and re-issues
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Galileo essential with Amadeus and Sabre if possible
- Someone who is organised, accurate and able to maximise business opportunities
