**The Details**:
Location - Fully office based with our fun and vibrant team in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)
Hours - Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
Holiday - 29 days per year PLUS additional 'MyTime' leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments
Salary - £24,000 per annum

**What you'll be doing**:
- Providing administrative sales support to the Business Mobile team, handling all customer enquiries efficiently.
- Data management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records ensuring data integrity.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information and other relevant details.
- Generate reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provisioning of mobile orders.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch of hardware to arrange for timely product delivery.
- Track and monitor order fulfilment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organise sales-related documents, contracts and agreements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members to ensure they have access to necessary resources and information.
- Assisting customer at and after point of sale, including welcome call and verification summary, handling any queries.
- Partner support, including utilising feedback to drive continuous improvement in products, services and the overall customer experience.
- Continuous learning, keeping up to date with advancements in telecommunications technology, industry trends, and best practices.
