**Overview
**Would you like to use your Marketing and Communications experience to contribute to the circular economy and play your part in tackling the global plastic problem?

Plastic Energy Limited are now seeking a full-time, Spanish speaking Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our London based Communications team.

**Main Duties include**
- Keep the company intranet up to date with any comms announcements and latest brand assets in both Spanish and English
- Manage brand assets and templates and adhere to brand guidelines, in addition to any company requests for logos or other assets
- Manage event speaking and exhibitions, including preparing presentations, handling logistics and keeping events calendar up to date
- Research events and awards opportunities that would be beneficial for Plastic Energy
- Create and manage the quarterly internal company newsletter and investor newsletter
- Assist Comms Manager with duties including social media monitoring and multi-channel comms campaigns
- Assist Comms Manager with proofreading articles and other pieces of content for accuracy and messaging

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and creative who can work independently in a fast paced environment.

**Required Qualifications**
- Marketing or communications degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications

**Required Experience**
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing or comms role
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Sharepoint or similar skills
- Experience working as a self-starter and taking ownership of projects and tasks
- Previous experience handling event logistics
- Strong writing skills and editing skills, and ability to draft clear and concise messages
- Previous experience managing social media accounts and creating eye-catching imagery and content
- A willingness to learn about advanced recycling and the global plastic waste sector
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
