Training Coordinator

** Training Coordinator - £25,000-£30,000**
**THE ROLE**
You will be part of busy team within our learning admin function, the purpose of this role is to ensure the business remains compliant by coordinating training across all locations using our internal Learning Management System. This role will cover a largevariety of training requests, including, industry specific training, further learning and ad-hoc Talent and Development training.
**Key responsibilities will include;**
Plan and coordinate training across Southern & Scottish locations, using internal Learning Management System (Cornerstone) by liaising with our internal and external training suppliers, colleges & awarding bodies
Proactively use reporting to establish expiring training and new training requests and plan appropriately
As first point of contact, you will provide support to managers and key training stakeholders ensuring they have the knowledge to effectively use the system to monitor their teams training, offer advice, guidance and support to ensure training is deliveredtimely and efficiently
You will be solely accountable for coordinating training as the need arises, as directed by your manager
You will be expected to provide valuable training updates, including MI to senior leadership team
