Due to continuous growth, WeBuyAnyPhone are looking for a Mobile Phone Quality Tester to join our busy and growing team in Whiteley. As a Mobile Phone Quality Tester, you'll become an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring an accurate and efficient process at all times. This is an exciting and fast-paced environment so you must be highly motivated and able to handle any challenges you face.
**The Details**:
Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)
Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
**Your role will involve (but is not limited to)**:
- Identify mobile devices (phones, tablets, wearables)
- Troubleshoot issues that are found on the devices
- Process trade-ins (with a keen eye to detail)
- Run devices through our specialised diagnostics software to provide accurate results

**You're the person we are looking for if**:
- You can commute every day to Whiteley, Hampshire
- You speak fluent English
- You have obtained GCSE in maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You are passionate about tech and have a general understanding of the use and function of a mobile phone
- You are detail oriented
- You have good written and verbal communications skills
- You are conscientious and responsible
- You have some technical ability / knowledge
- You are willing to learn
- You are flexible and able to work within a team or alone
