Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Apprentice (Service & Maintenance) to join our passionate and driven team in West Lothian

**Reference: /ML/12-08/02/12/FR**

**Job Title: Apprentice - Service & Maintenance**

**Pay Rate: £6.65**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30 - 40 hours per week**

**Location: West Lothian**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- To undertake maintenance duties as required to make sure all reports are accurately completed within specific timescales
- To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks associated with building maintenance
- To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections e.g. L8 documentation, etc.
- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs always.
- Working in a safe manner always, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Atalian Servest H&S policy.

**About You**:

- National 4/5 Maths, Science & Physics
- BESA aptitude test (can be arranged for applicants)
- Previous work experience would be advantageous but not compulsory
- Full disclosure is a contractual requirement.

**Additionally, this role will require NPPV Level 2 security clearance**
