We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Clinical Trials Assistant. This role will be extremely varied, and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Site Director with all administrative tasks.
- Reception duties.
- Answer calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
- Manage online, phone and in-person enquires.
- Welcome volunteers and visitors, check them in, inform the correct staff and direct as needed.
- Recruiting participants via telephone calls from participant database.
- Booking in products in a timely fashion.
- Keep reception clean and tidy.
- Respond to any complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all areas meet company standards and accommodate any special client needs when they arrive.
- Assist team members with the planning of special events such as business meetings and conferences.
- Arrange specialized services for VIP customers.
- Look after all incoming and outgoing post.
- Monitor lobby traffic for suspicious activity, address when necessary.
- Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, and daily activities.
- Ordering of supplies for the site and maintain all stock levels.
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to maintain accurate records either electronically or as hard copies.
- Extremely trustworthy and reliable.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
