If you tick those boxes and are based in or around Hampshire, then we are workingon a fantastic opportunity with a National Insurance Brand to source them an Account Handler in their Private Clients division.
In this permanent offering, you will be based in the firm’s Farnborough offices and supporting the firm’s brokers regularly to co-ordinate market submissions and documentation, reconciling queries and other similar instructions from existing clients. Aspart of a firm that champions employee development and strong growth opportunities, you will also gain exposure to working alongside a busy team, ensuring timely completion of renewals and regular invoicing and claims data reporting, as well as supportingyour team with your own excellent organisational skills.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for any enquires from clients
- Develop meaningful relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison
- Managing various clients and policies related to their dealings with the business
- Liaising with regional producing brokers to ensure smooth procedures
- Checking that all client documentation is correct, compiling MI and stats to support
