Basic £25,000 plus Commission (uncapped)
OTE £38,0000
End of Year Bonus based on targets

Main Duties
To offer excellent customer service.
Manage own diary.
Manage company success and property social media marketing.
Attend networking group.
Book Appraisals.
Attend Appraisals.
Follow up and secure new business.
Prepare property marketing information.
Provide feedback to vendors.
Conduct viewings.
Negotiate offers.
Key Skills
Estate agency Sales Negotiating and Valuing Experience.
Well Presented.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Resilience
Strong IT skills.
Full clean driving Licence
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am -6pm
Saturday 9-4 Every third with a day off in Lieu
