**Personal Lines Advisor (Insurance)**

**Location: Saffron Walden**

**Salary: Up to £25,000 - Potentialy negotiable DOE**

**The Company**:
Capio Recruitment are working with a national insurance broker who are looking for a Client Advisor (Personal Lines) to join their highly successful team. With a tailored approach to the needs of their customers/clients, this company prides itself on goingabove and beyond at single opportunity.

As part of the role you will liaise with existing clients and play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and building rapport to ensure long-lasting relationships. Excellent organisational and customer-service skills are essential.

**The Role**:
The role would suit an individual who isn’t phased by the pace and quality of a high-performing team, where collective team and individual achievements are recognised and rewarded. You will liaise with existing clients as well as drive business development.Provision of high-quality client services and supporting administration is a paramount to the role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke systems
- A knowledge of insurance products/services is highly desirable
- Concise and clear communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
