We are now looking for a Maintenance Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Maintenance Support Engineer, you will carry out planned maintenance and servicing on Fire, Emergency Lighting and Warden Call systems across the South of England.
Championing excellent customer service, you will follow our processes and procedures to fault find and conduct maintenance work on systems to the highest possible standard.
As you complete your maintenance tasks, you will produce accurate job notes, escalate problems as necessary and maintain and appropriate stock levels.
Additionally, you will follow physical security requirements on site, follow our H&S policies and dispose of any hazardous waste in the correct manner.
**About You**
To be considered as a Maintenance Support Engineer, you will need:

- Experience of communicating with customers
- Knowledge of Fire Detection, Emergency Lights and Warden Call systems
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to interface well with customers
- A good level of IT literacy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- At a minimum GCSEs grade 4 - 9 (A* - C)
Ideally, you will have knowledge of PAT testing, fire extinguisher testing, access control and CCTV, but training can be provided.
