Nail Lounge & Spa require an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work on a rota basis at our busy nail salon in Brighton.

You will be working closely with our nail technicians / beauty therapists and their clients to ensure that we maintain the high standards of customer service that we pride ourselves on.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and greeting clients to the salon with a friendly and confident manner.
- Booking appointments using our online booking system.
- Assisting the salon team in staying organized and on-time.
- Using initiative to handle diverse situations, sometimes under pressure.
- Managing stock levels and preparing lists for ordering.
- Ensuring the salon is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Performing deep cleaning of the salon at the end of each shift.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- First-class customer service skills.
- Professional, organized, and reliable.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or within the nail and beauty industry.
- Smart presentation.
- Ability to work weekends.
