London, United Kingdom Rippling Full time

**About Rippling**

Rippling is the first way for businesses to manage all of their HR & IT—payroll, benefits, computers, apps, and more—in one unified workforce platform.

By connecting every business system to one source of truth for employee data, businesses can automate all of the manual work they normally need to do to make employee changes. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can just click a button and set up a new employees’ payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps—like Slack, Zoom, and Office 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $700M from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, and Bedrock—and was named one of America’s best startup employers by Forbes (#12 out of 500).

**About the Role**

At Rippling, we believe privacy is at the core of maintaining the trust of our customers, and an ongoing commitment we take seriously. You are a self-starter with impeccable judgment. You take pride in working cross-functionally to drive results and help colleagues navigate and simplify complex privacy requirements and processes. You bring risk-based and pragmatic perspectives on how privacy requirements can be implemented and are excited about developing a highly efficient and effective global program. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel of Privacy and Product.

**What you will do**

- Develop and manage rollouts of new privacy-related policies, guidance, training, processes, and procedures across the company
- Provide effective and prompt privacy compliance advice and support business units in operationalizing privacy compliance, rectifying problems, and responding to emerging challenges
- Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes
- Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of privacy program activities and recommending improvements to improve delivery at scale
