**The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate 2-4 PQE to join their office in London.**

The work that the Real Estate department does is broad; they are ranked highly in the tiers for commercial property in the City of London.

This role will involve a particular focus on **development** work including experience of site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts and options as well as experience with financing and disposals.

**Experience of development work in any sector is of interest, but particularly so in relation to mixed use developments and urban regeneration.**
- You will be a Real Estate Associate 2-4 PQE
- The firm need someone with mixed use development experience
- experience within the social housing sector would be highly desirable, but is not a pre-requisite.
- You will ideally have qualified with a top City or West End, or a leading regional heavyweight law firm.
- You should ideally have achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree.

Salary is above market rate, depending on your experience and there is a market-leading benefits package provided.
