Our US Casualty offering to clients is more than insurance solutions and placement, we embrace our client’s challenges as our own. With over 100 years of specialist US and International Casualty risk knowledge, we take a fully consultative and holistic approach to the exposures our clients face.

Our Casualty team specialize in a diverse range of industry vertical experts, technical wording specialists, risk engineering advice and integrated claims support, so we can offer the most compelling casualty insurance solutions, regardless of the industry, product ling or territory.

Broker Role - What is involved?

As a Broker in the US Casualty team you will join our successful team of Brokers and Account Executives to provide innovative, detailed and best practice service for clients across a wide ranging portfolio.

As a Global company there will be plenty of opportunity for cross selling across all Property & Casualty specialisms and the wider business lines we operate in. There will also be opportunity to travel to meet clients and colleagues across the global team. What is most important to us is your ability to understand what our clients need and provide a bespoke service to ensure these are met in the best possible way.
- QualificationsWhat are the typical responsibilities as a Broker?
- Negotiating with insurers to achieve the best outcome for Lockton’s US clients.
- Building strong partnerships with new and existing clients, Underwriters and market contacts.
- Drive the London insurance market to offer better solutions for our US clients and prospects.
- Become part of a collaborative team, committed to delivering service to our US Retailers.
- Opportunity to specialize in an ever growing technology practice such as ‘shared economy’ insurance solutions.
- Gathering detailed understanding of the client’s risk profile, business needs and exposures to assist in providing advice on coverage, programme pricing and retention strategy
