**R&D Operations Senior Associate**

This role is positioned to provide ongoing R&D support of a defined portfolio of various classifications of Reckitt products by delivering a range of project and non-project activities through collaboration with x-functional teams and/or through management and development of a moderately sized team of people.
Theoretical and practical functional expertise in the technology and standards for developing products across different product classifications in different regulatory environments would be highly beneficial. Experience of product development, design control, project management, risk management and working on a wide array of product classifications are essential.
This role will focus on both leading and supporting activities to ensure both business-as-usual, and critical unplanned projects are delivered; maintaining portfolios of the relevant brands, etc.

Take ownership of projects assigned to you, ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and to plan.
Ensure efficient project planning is conducted with funding and resource requirements clearly outlined and communicated to stakeholders.
Develop and drive the team strategy and prioritisation.
Interact with other R&D teams to share best practices and collaboration of activities.
Support the team with respect to required activities that support in shared laboratories (audit preparations, maintenance activities etc.)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance and efficiency within the team.
Support the manager in measuring and reporting team KPIs.

Be responsible for the management of all technical matters relating to the planned and unplanned projects and workstreams for which you have accountability including, for all relevant products and classifications that they fall in; including but not limited to, OTC monographed drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, licensed medicines, etc.
Build collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Quality, Medical etc.)
Update and report the status of key business-as-usual activity to key stakeholders.
Ensure direct and indirect reports are suitably trained against all relevant procedures for managing the maintenance and development of products within relevant classifications, as well as supported to complete tasks within their role, within KPI’s and agreed project timelines.
