**The Role**
- Liaison between the office and our team of Care Professionals
- Care Professional ambassador/supporter
- Coordinating staff/Care Professional meetings
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
- Support and mentor Care Professionals.
- Provide support to the Client Experience team.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
- Support and train new care Givers
- Engagement with community/marketing initiatives
**Qualifications**:
**Preferred Criteria**
- You must share our passion for high quality and bespoke care
- You must be able to commit to working during peak hours **7.30am-12pm OR 5pm-10pm, 5 days p/w (including weekends)** and if necessary, to cover emergency night visits if needed to meet the needs of the business.
- Level 2/3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in delivering person centred care
- Experience of administering medication.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
- Driving is an advantage but not essential for this role
- Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
