Are you a Corporate Tax Lawyer / Associate with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions looking to work within a top 50 ranking law firm in the UK who offer progression pathways based on merit, the opportunity for tailored training programs and flexible hybridworking options?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading law firm offering the highest regarded services for several areas. The company have 8 offices worldwide, offering services to countries in over 90 countries and represent some of the most prestigious companiesin the world.

This role will include transactional, advisory and structuring work across all disciplines of the firm. This will include public and private M&A transactions, direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties, corporate finance, leasing, asset finance & tax disputeswork.

This role would suit a Corporate Tax Associate who is looking to represent a highly established firm that offers industry leading services. This person will also be looking to progress their career and receive tailored training to develop them.

**THE ROLE**:

- Public and private M&A transactions
- Advising on main direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties
- Working on corporate finance, leasing, asset finance & tax disputes work
- Benefits include progression, training & hybrid working

**THE PERSON**:

- Corporate UK Tax Background
- Experience with Merger and Acquisition law
- Commutable to London
