Our client currently has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious Administrator to join their Learning and Development team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role involves providing administrative support to the L&D and HR in a busy and diverse environment; you need to be flexible in approach, able to manage a varied workload and be committed to delivering excellent service.

To be successful within this position you must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills and be a committed and collaborative team player.

To succeed in this role you will support with:

- Maintain accurate and complete records for professional development undertaken to include supporting with Bids/Tenders and data requests
- Document training needs by reviewing appraisal documents
- Support the L&D Manager and Marketing Team to share updates or milestones with the business
- Manage the L&D team inbox and be the first point of contact for general L&D queries
- Ensure effective coordination between local induction, central induction and material on our Intranet
- Support wider administration team as and when needed
- Maintain accurate and efficient records of attendance and demand/waiting lists for training courses
- Seek feedback from attendees of any courses and collate themes
- Coordinate training course dates, venues and book facilitators
- Coordinate meeting rooms including ensuring that the meeting rooms are set up for training.
- Ensure the shared training calendar is kept up to date
- Manage event logistics in regards to group travel and accommodation and any hospitality needs
- Support our Graduate Development Programme and people working towards professional qualifications by researching training offers, liaising with professional institutions for events and collating programme feedback
- Support with keeping the Graduate training resources up to date
- Provide ad hoc support to the People Team by responding to general queries and assisting with project requirements when needed
