HR GO Recruitment are looking for an Internal Sales Executive for their prestigious client in Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE27 0QH)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing accounts, establishing strong relationships, establishing available spend and ensuring customer awareness of the full product range.
- Identify new sales opportunities and research, introduce, and establish new accounts.
- Liaise with suppliers on direct deliveries and product availability.
- Work closely with other sales colleagues both internal and external to the branch and with the Operations Manager/Assistant Branch Manager and transport and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations on delivery and resolve customer queries and serviceissues.
- Accurately input orders and maintain efficient office systems and records.
- Have a good knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Always maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
- Working closely with the assistant branch manager, branch director and transport/warehouse team.

Key Performance Indicators
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining margin at or above target levels.
- Customer retention.
- Accuracy on any data entry/order processing.

- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- The ability to communicate within the team and form relationships.
- Good attention to detail and quality of work.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to use own initiative and open to change.
- Flexible to undertake other tasks when required.

Working hours are - Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm (flexibility is required for a possible earlier start as and when needed)

Salary is between £25,000 ad £30,000 depending on experience.
